Tasting notes
In the glass it is very pale straw yellow with greenish reflections. The aromatic contribution of Malvasia is highlighted on the nose with floral notes of orange blossom and exotic fruit. In the mouth it is instead the flavor given by the Vermentino that characterizes it while the Trebbiano contributes to the body and structure. The flavor and freshness make it the ideal wine for aperitifs and to accompany any type of cheese. Also interesting is the pairing with fish.
